Our CEO, Duane Nelson, is a member of the Board of Directors for NGO Sustainability (NGOS), a United Nations-affiliated organization dedicated to sustainable development and environmental stewardship. The Board of NGOS is proud to include over 10 UN Ambassadors. Innovation Mining actively contributes to this organization’s mission of balancing economic development with environmental responsibility. This shared vision reflects our core belief: that mining can and must evolve to protect ecosystems, reduce emissions, and support global efforts toward a sustainable economy. In October 2019, Mr. Nelson was honored to speak at United Nations Sustainability Week, highlighting Innovation Mining’s leadership in advancing eco-friendly alternatives to traditional mining practices.
